Ed McMahon, the legendary sidekick of the late Johnny Carson, has passed away. He will definitely be missed. I will always remember his time on the Tonight Show, as well as his time on those shows about bloopers and practical jokes. He was such a nice man. As if evident from the commercial, McMahon recently had some financial troubles, and I find it hard to forget about the role Countrywide Home Loans had to play.
